After serving 30 years in the Air Force, Todd now devotes more time to his family, working out, enjoying the outdoors, and catching a lot of fish when not doing coursework. He is pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management to accompany his Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from GGU. He lives close to the Bay Area and is an extrovert from Nebraska, which makes him an excellent fit as an onboarding coach. ​
