Marlena Blackman is a 21-year Air Force Veteran and Golden Gate University Alumna. She earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, an MBA, and a Conflict Resolution Certificate from Golden Gate University—all utilizing Post-9/11 G.I. Bill benefits—and brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the team as MissionWise’s Lead Student Success Manager.

Marlena focuses on ensuring students’ current educational path aligns with their entitlements. Working alongside academic advisors and school VA certifying officers, she helps students determine the best route for meeting their academic objectives.
