Lucie Piper is a higher education and workforce development expert with a background in social work and nonprofit leadership, dedicated to serving military-connected students and families. As a veteran spouse, former active duty spouse, and caregiver to a Marine Corps veteran, she combines lived experience with professional skills. At Camp Pendleton, she served as Family Readiness Assistant and completed the Leadership Education Seminar.
With over 10 years in career development, Lucie has provided career counseling, created job-readiness programs, and led workforce initiatives for military spouses, veterans, and underrepresented groups. She’s also led inclusive programs for LGBTQ+ youth.
Lucie expanded military spouse mentorship at ACP, developed transition programs for HireMilitary, and served as Director of Development at the Military Spouse Advocacy Network. A Certified Digital Networking Professional and Licensed Master Social Worker, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Integrative Social Work focused on military and veteran family transitions.
